We requested for a room upgrade (from standard room) and their zen room is really nice and relaxing. The staff are accommodating and they attend to our requests promptly. We enjoyed our stay.

Was a bit disapointed with the services, Filipinos are usually very helpful and pleasant, but at this hotel the standard was lacking. Although I suppose you do get what you pay for. Beds were comfortable so we had a good night sleep. Not many facilities. Would stay there again only in a pinch.

This is the third time I have stayed at the Circle Inn. The rooms are always clean and fresh and have all the facilities you would want or expect. The hotel has Wi Fi and cable access to the internet. Looking forward to my next visit to Bacolod and staying again at Circle Inn. Thanks to all the staff for looking after us again.

The hotel was very nice. Hotel staff was excellent. The free breakfast had numerous tasty selections. We very much enjoyed our time there and would not hesitate to stay there again.
