I had a terrible experience at this hotel. This trip was for business purposes only The day I checked in the fire alarm was going off, 2 costumers were checking out when I was checking in becuase of hot water issues. The pool was out of comission when I got there. After I get to my room, I was able to connect to the internet to do some work. I took a quick nap and woke up on a pollow that smelt terrible, and had bug bits all over my skin. After search out the area, I found another hotel in the area that was cleaner, and business friendly. I did not stay one night there and I warm all travelers to stay way. There are much NICER hotels in the area, and if you want to be in a hostel envirorment then I would stay at the hotel.

I was only here one night. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However, I can't note anything extraordinary. The location is decent, unless you want to be closer to Lincoln Road and the night life of South Beach.

My brother and I decided to visit Miami Beach while he was visiting the USA from Buenos Aires (I live in upstate NY) and found[...] a good package including hotel and air fare for 5 days. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, with friendly staff that did their best to help travelers with their needs and accommodate their requests. It is a family oriented hotel, very clean, and a block to the beach...which was a huge plus for us since we spent most of the time there. The location is excellent, within 2 miles from the excitement of South Beach but far enough from its noise. The concierges were very friendly and helpful, particularly Douglas, and we spent great times watching the Copa America soccer matches at the bar chatting with Jorge, the bartender, who is a huge fan of Argentina's soccer players and extremely friendly. We had dinner a couple of times there and their salmon is superb. The hotel provides beach towels and free chairs at the beach. We would definitely go back.
