Bed superb, decor great, very comfortable. Easy location from which to return hire car, park, and use public transport to get into London to see a show and visit Galleries etc. Wifi expensive to have in room, but available in very busy public bar. Missed a fridge in the room and laundry facilities,.also light switch only on one side of king-size bed. Generally, good value, but lots of extras charges you could incur.

On arrival at 13.30 hours room ready and able to check in. Room immaculate. Very comfortable. Car parking underground garage, perfect as the snow was falling and the temperature was freezing. Convenient for gunners bury tube station approx 100metres from hotel. Perfect for heading to Earls court and beyond. Would choose to stay here again.

A quick one night stay in Chiswick for a family get together. Have previously stayed here twice. Good size rooms, free parking. Only gripe was heating broke during the snowy season. To be fair, 5 mins after calling reception we had a small heater delivered to the room. Would always recommend for anyone staying Chiswick/Hammersmith area.

If you're looking for a London hotel with reasonably priced car parking, and don't mind being in Zone 3, this is a good choice. The location was perfect for us - really easy to get to from the M4, a choice of restaurants within walking distance (15 minutes or so), and only 5 minutes from Gunnesbury tube station. The rooms are lovely - clean, modern and comfortable. The room we were given initially was exceptionally cold, and the heating didn't seem to work properly. However when we notified reception, and they were unable to fix the problem, we were moved to another room where we had full control of the temperature. This was dealt with very efficiently.
