More apartment than hotel but lovely place. Good location that is well served by subway and decent amenities.

Hotel staffs were great. Very helpful, friendly and could speak English. Location is very good, too. Close to all the places of interest, just take the metro trains to get around Osaka. However, there is no segregation between smoking and non-smoking room. We couldn't breathe any fresh air in our room even though we requested for non-smoking room.

Fantastically cheap, however definitely the least friendly accommodation we had over our 3 weeks in Japan. The pluses: they are located a few steps away from an entrance to Higobashi Subway station & they stored our bags for a few hours before & after our stay. However, you do get what you pay for. We were a group of 4 people sharing one room, but they only provided a single key, which was hugely inconvenient as you could not get into the front door of the bldg w/o a key. Our Executive Semi-double B room was very cramped with a tatami area for 2 futons plus a bed which was supposed to sleep 2 but was more the size of a king single. There was a tiny kitchenette area, but not a single piece of cutlery, not even a spoon for tea! Although they specifically advertised when we booked "free internet included", there was no wifi anywhere in the hotel (every other place we stayed in Japan had free wifi). In order to get online, you had to rent a laptop from the hotel for a fee. Staff were overall a bit cold & acted like our request for late check out was absurd. Lastly, the extremely tiny elevator was ridiculously slow, a big issue when you are on the 9th floor!

Great location with the subway nearby and 1 stop to the centre of Osaka. Bikes available at the hotel for rent to explore the city and a great city to ride around in. Many local small restaurants nearby.

If you want a hotel with adequate amenities such as: kitchenette, hotplate, microwave oven, kettle, aircon, hotshower, heated toilet seat, and .... even a washing machine and a dryer in the toilet, then this is the hotel for you. Fairly comfortable and very near the underground station. A great hotel for long stay and transport convenience!!

Stayed 2 nights. Very close to subway station, and a few minutes walk to 24hr fast-food shops (but otherwise not too many other food options). Rooms are smaller than used to, but comfy for 3 people - and this is Japan after all! Our room had tatami area, kitchenette with stove, microwave, fridge, aircon and washing machine. Surprised how compact everything is. Staff speak very very limited English, but are quite accommodating for late arrivals, helpful and friendly. No wifi, so make sure you have ethernet port if planning to use their complimentary internet. For $25AUD pp (3 people), fairly hard to beat!

Great experience. Close to both Osaka and Namda stations. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi. Rooms have all the ammenities, but smell a bit like smoke. If this doesn't bother you then the hotel is a great central choice at a good price.

The 'kitchenette' was a nice touch (there were no pots or cooking stuff - I'm not sure if the front desk would provide or not, but it seems a bit silly have a hotplate without anything to cook in...)

Our 3 Night stay at Chisun Inn was quite pleasant. The room (Japanese semi-double) was of a decent size, as far as Japanese hotel rooms go, and was well appointed with a small kitchen, TV, Internet connection, wardrobe & washing machine (although no dryer, so you have to hang your clothes up around the room to dry). The location is great with only a quick walk to the CDB centre, 15 minute walk to Osaka Station and Higobashi Subway/Rail Station located at your doorstep. On the downside, the hotwater kept dropping in and out, making showers a chore. Also the room had a smokey smell although we were suppose to be in a non-smoking room. All-in-all a good value Hotel in a great location.

Lobby is very small but speak English very well. Not any falicilities outside room at all.Inside Room has more than enough, fridge kettle, microwave, big sink ,cloth washer, safe deposit. give + feeling ,negative only small bed and room size.

Clean hotel. Staff speak good English. 24 hour entry via room door but I checked in after 9:30 and it was difficult to find someone to let me in. The reception is not manned 24 hours a day so early morning check-out means leaving your key at the desk. Nice staff and near the subway station. Nice places to eat around.
