More apartment than hotel but lovely place. Good location that is well served by subway and decent amenities.

Hotel staffs were great. Very helpful, friendly and could speak English. Location is very good, too. Close to all the places of interest, just take the metro trains to get around Osaka. However, there is no segregation between smoking and non-smoking room. We couldn't breathe any fresh air in our room even though we requested for non-smoking room.

Fantastically cheap, however definitely the least friendly accommodation we had over our 3 weeks in Japan. The pluses: they are located a few steps away from an entrance to Higobashi Subway station & they stored our bags for a few hours before & after our stay. However, you do get what you pay for. We were a group of 4 people sharing one room, but they only provided a single key, which was hugely inconvenient as you could not get into the front door of the bldg w/o a key. Our Executive Semi-double B room was very cramped with a tatami area for 2 futons plus a bed which was supposed to sleep 2 but was more the size of a king single. There was a tiny kitchenette area, but not a single piece of cutlery, not even a spoon for tea! Although they specifically advertised when we booked "free internet included", there was no wifi anywhere in the hotel (every other place we stayed in Japan had free wifi). In order to get online, you had to rent a laptop from the hotel for a fee. Staff were overall a bit cold & acted like our request for late check out was absurd. Lastly, the extremely tiny elevator was ridiculously slow, a big issue when you are on the 9th floor!

Great location with the subway nearby and 1 stop to the centre of Osaka. Bikes available at the hotel for rent to explore the city and a great city to ride around in. Many local small restaurants nearby.

Good location..near to subway station. Rooms are equipped with washing machine and drier in the bathroom with timer. Clean and quiet.
