Changsha Climate
The city of Changsha experiences occasional monsoons, with average temperature ranging between 16°C and 17°C, and the average rainfall received annually is nearly 1,422 mm. In the month of January, temperatures drop to 4°C, whereas they rises to a maximum of 28°C in July. Summers are hot and long, and the winters are cool and almost rainless, while springs are quite wet.

The nearest airport, which is the Huanghua International Airport, is situated almost 25 kilometers away from the Changsha city centre and can be accessed by taxi and shuttle bus. The city is well connected to other major cities by frequent train services.
