Hotel is clean, but shabby - doors not hanging right, wrinkled carpet in halls, fixtures on walls not centered over the holes for them properly. Not a class A hotel. Telephone in room did not work. Staff was polite.

When we arrived the desk clerk was cordial gave us a room on the second floor. Told us to take the elevator to the second floor go right to the end of the hall and such a long hall. Turn right and go to the room, it was at the end of the hall. What he didn't tell us is we had to walk down a flight of stairs. We had to ask house keeping where the room was. When we told her what room, she said oh no, I will get you changed to another room. In the mean time we go to the room the casing on the heater was half off and the bed sagged and looked as though someone had been laying on it. The second room was better,but the carpet could have been cleaner and the ceiling in the bath had mold.

Good value for the low price. If you are used to $100 to $200 rooms you will not be happy here. If you are looking for a deal and don't mind a few minor problems this place is for you. I liked the 24hr coffee, location close to train, and wtf? Herman Miller Aeron chairs in the rooms. Ok they should sell those and buy some new carpet, and other updating like: caulk, drywall, and paint. There was a little bit of a cheap hotel smell but nothing major. Definitely not bad for the price. Would have given 5 stars but after 1st night they locked me out of room and tried to say I only paid for 1 night online. (I paid for 2). Not sure if trying to scam me or simple mistake?
