Overlooking the most beautiful beach spot on Koh Samui, Chaweng Cabana Resort is not to be missed if you want to enjoy some fine hospitality with an unmatched location and scenery.

Location
Chaweng Beach Resort is located right on Southern Chaweng Beach, the largely popular, and the most beautiful beach spot on Koh Samui. The property is a very tranquil and relaxing resort, just 5 minutes walk to Chaweng Centre and Koh Samui's great nightlife. The resort is designed in traditional Thai style, under a canopy of coconut palms, with breath-taking views of the bay.

Rooms
Each of the 59 rooms offered by the property is appointed in typical Thai style and has its own private terrace with a view of either the sea or garden.

Restaurant
You can dine at the onsite restaurant that serves Thai and international cuisine, all prepared by the resort's chef. The fantastic stretch of beach is ideal for a romantic dinner or drink while watching the sunset on Chaweng Bay. The resort also has a bar, which offers a large selection of drinks, cocktails and snacks.

General

The resort is in a very good location and the staff are very friendly, we booked a superior seaview, we could see the sea just, but none of the rooms had what we would call a seaview. The satellite tv was mainly in thai, the towels were very old and tatty and the lighting was dim, other than these minor points we had a great holiday.

We have stayed here twice, both times in a sea view superior room. The bungalows are spacious if basic but TV and fridge with mini bar are provided. Our beds were made up each day and the staff were really friendly. This is a fab location if you want to be just on the edge of the action. Pool ok but small - can't beat the beach though which is much better than North Chaweng and on doorstep! Beach towels are available daily too. This is a good value for money accomodation - we've also stayed in the Chaba Cabana and Nora resort so both ends of the cost aspect. This isn't luxury but consistent service both years we've been. Food not as good as other places but so many places to eat in Chaweng that this wasn't an issue for us. Visit Khaoson restaurant and bakery near Starbucks for a cheap but fab Thai meal! Would definitely book again when we next visit Chaweng.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Chaweng Cabana's. Would definately stay there on my next visit to Koh Samui. Heaven on Earth doesn't even begin to describe it!
