Absolutely fantastic hotel, great rooms, incredible price when we went there in january 07. Would totally recommend!! Staff seriously need to improve their english though. Friendly staff, massages possible. Superb open air bathrooms.... wish I could go back :-)

We have recently returned from staying at the Chaw Ka Cher resort and thoroughly enjoyed this little gem of a retreat. Although not located on the beach (the nearest beach was around a 10 minute walk), the rooms and facilities more than made up for this. We stayed in a boutique villa, it was decorated in keeping with its location, and used lots of natural materials. The pool was great, and we had this to ourselves on a few occasions! The resort is like being on a nature trail, we saw butterflies, birds, fireflies, Geckos and other lizards, something you wouldn't get at a beach resort. The food was great - a little bit more expensive than other places and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful.

Fabulous small resort on Koh Lanta. We stayed in the Deluxe Pool Side Villa which was gorgeous and had fantastic outdoor shower. Food here was EXCELLENT and very well priced. We didnt bother to eat out after we tried the food!! Breakfast was a bit limited, but we had pancakes instead of eggs one morning and they were good. The only downside was the hotel didnt offer free shuttle service to beach or shops and the location is a bit of a hike. Best to organise a motorscooter rental (if you dare!!) for your stay or hail tuk tuks from outfront of hotel. Good for relaxing away from it all for a few days. DOWNSIDE:( The power went out three (!!) NIGHTS IN A ROW for 1 to 3 hours at a time!! Couldnt really open doors as the mozzie were around, it got pretty HOT!! I dont know if its a regualar thing but when your 6 months pregnant and travelling with a 1 year old and 6 year old, its a BIG PAIN!! Still we loved this resort!!

Very nice, definitely value for money hotel -our favourite in Ko Lanta -would always stay here again. The modern bungalows are set in a beautiful, tropical garden and feature an open bathroom with rainshower (hot and cold).The restaurant is very nice too,library, games and internet are available for free and motorbikes can be hired. staff is very friendly and honest.
