staff were excellent grt buffet breakfast but buffet dinner was way too expensive @1156bht nearly double other 4*5* buffets where i have stayed on siam sq or silom rd.but i could not fault the quality of food n choices.rooms were great but as i have to use a walking aide not really suitable for persons with dissabilities. i could not use boat service to sky train as it was extremeley difficult to step down and step up on tyre provided abt 1metre but the staff there could not do enough for both front of door and the excellent service provided by staff at breakfast

A wonderful hotel with very friendly, helpful staff, all speaking excellent english. Whilst this hotel is away from the main business area of Bangkok, it is only a short boat ride to Saphan Taksin, one of the stops on the Skyrail. They offered an upgrade for a small fee, which was great. This was a very good hotel which offered a good rate. Food was available at hotel prices, slightly inflated but equivalent to home but of a high standard.

Lovely luxury hotel overlooking the river. All facilities are excellent, although it reuires a cab/walk to reach most shopping/tourist spots.

Hotel is in a FANTASTIC position..so easy to get around Bangkok and have the cool river breeze when you partake in the amazing buffett breakfast or all tou can eat menu at lunch time..the private ferry takes 5minutes to drop you of at the transit system.excellent...when we arrived they asked us would we like to be upgrade to a river view for 11 US dollars per day..well worth the money..We will definitely use the hotel again
