Chateaubleau Hotel Miami Guest Reviews
One day when we came back to the hotel we found the door was leave open and the shampoo didn't renew. The person at the front desk have barrier to comunicate in English, he even don't know what shampoo is. The inter-net doesn't work for the last night and the only respond from the front desk is, it doesn't work then it doesn't work. This is the most awful hotel I have ever stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We traveled to Coral Gables for a wedding, unfortunately the other hotel that had rooms available was @$199 a night so at the recommendation of the bride we stayed here. The first room we were given was on the side of the main road and the noise from the street was terrible. Also, 3 of the 5 lights in the room were non functioning. We requested a room change and were told there was nothing available when I went to the front desk and spoke to a different manager we were given a new room. Overall the hotel was barely clean--the linens were clean, but there were odd stains on the walls and the carpets were dirty. This is a transit hotel for a cruise line and every time we left the hotel we had to walk through large groups of crew members smoking just outside the doors. Overall, the hotel was close to the wedding events and it met our needs of a place to stay, but I would not recommend it.

I went to Florida for a 2 night business trip and needed a hotel near my work place for those days. Although the location and flight were great, the hotel room was no accommodating. I was very uncomfortable and had a bad experience with the number of bugs I saw in the room. I would not recommend this hotel as a place to stay but I will use your sight to book other flights.
