Chateau Grattequina Bordeaux Guest Reviews
An attractive small chateau right on the banks of the River Garonne where you can watch otters swimming. The hotel is out of town and a car is essential but is a good base for exploring the area. The accommodation is excellent with large rooms and en suites. French buffet breakfast with the usual assortment of bread, fruit, cereal, preserves etc. all freshly prepared. No restaurant but an efficient, if expensive, room service is available. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this for a quiet get away.

No restaurant and no possibility to buy snacks. Located near the river, but no scenic walking trails. Need a rental car, alternative is taxi. Taxi fare to Airport with luggage: 50 Euro Taxi fare to downtown Bordeaux: 37 Euro Rooms are spacious and bathroom is outstanding. There is no handwashing at the toilet.
