Chateau Du Lac Hotel Genval Guest Reviews
Hotel was pleasant enough. Though we did not have dinner, the buffet breakfast was very good and in a nice restaurant. The rooms however are very basic and twin beds pushed together dont constitute a double. Also air conditioning noise would wake the dead.

Very nice environment and pleasant stay. One remark : for a five star hotel and the price you pay, it is a pity to be charged for a coffee in your room and for the use of the swimming pool.

I loved this hotel. The spot near the lake is stunning, the service superb with a nice menu. A great place for a break / overnight stay. I'd definately stay there again.

The use of the internet through there TV system was terriable, it did not work at all. I was out of touch for three days. They should have a standard internet available in the bar area, it would add to a social experience. The cost to use the TV was also over priced. The rest of the hotel was great, fine food, wonderful facility. Wonderful service. It will be the only place that I stay. Kevin Kutnink

Lovely situation next to a lake. Cheap weekend rates with breakfast included. Although, there appears to be a two-tier breakfast system. I turned up at what appeared to be a fabulous breakdown buffet room. I gave the chap on the door my room number and was informed that I had arrived at the wrong breakfast room. The one I was sent to was OK, but obviously setup purely for the 'weekend offer' customers. Anyway, its a great place to stay with a fabulous restuarant.
