Makes a very nice change from the chain hotels when you want an overnight stop. Lakeside setting, clean, simple rooms with cooking facilities. Very helpful staff. Breakfast available but no evening meals - note there is nowhere to eat within walking distance, however reception can order pizza delivery etc for you. Would stay there again.

Only concern is with taking luggage up to the upper floor rooms, but staff were very friendly and helpful with easing that burden.

The only drawbacks were the lack of catering in the evening combined with the location - approx 2 km from the town centre - meant a drive for a meal but this is a very small observation on an excellent facility where I would be happy to stay agian.
