The rooms are very small and the internet connection most of the time unavailable or very slow. The Hotel didn't meet my expectations at all.

The room is a little small, but having stayed at higher priced boutique hotels, this was much better. Also, the buffet was good, and not overpriced by HK standards. I have stayed over 20 times in HK, and the staff was the most attentive I have seen. The location is good, There is even a McDonalds and BK within a 5 min walk. Shoping is all over the place, all within easy walking. Besides food, it also has a bar. I will stay there again, I think I found my HK home.

The hotel is certainly not near the HKCEC as stated. Even the shuttle service which is operating on Monday to Friday only is not useful. It is always fully booked and the hotel made no attempts to arrange another one for the hotel guests. Rooms are old. Will never stay here again
