We arrived late after a 12hr drive, and had a little bit of trouble finding the hotel. Once we found it, we were to late and none of the staff were around to let us in, however there was a contact number on the door to ring, even though it was 2am the person who answered the phone was helpful and friendly, and told us how to get into the building, and find our room and keys. The room was spacious and clean, with a big bed that we were able to stretch out on, which is what you need after a 12hr drive. The bathroom was exceptionally clean which is great as i'm a bit of a bathroom phobe. All the information about the hotel and surrounding area was laid out for us. The next day the free breakfast vouchers were great the cafe they send you to, is friendly and has great food. The location is four doors away from Charles bridge and from there a hop skip and jump into old town. Would I stay there again yes....do I wish I'd known about it on my first stay in Prague....Of course I did. Oh well we know for the future now.

We had some problem with the door lock, but the staff has solved it quite soon. Super location, good room, would come back again!

Very good location, helpfull staff. Missed a kettle in the room to make coffee and tea at night after sight seeing

Excellent location-nice big room. Had difficulties with the phone and TV but that didn't affect our stay too much.

We were very happy with this Residence - arranged pick ups from train and to airport - very helpful owner - great location - we stayed on the first floor - might be difficult taking large suitcases up to the fourth floor with no lift. Spacious clean good breakfasts with the vouchers provided. Really happy - would stay again and would recommend to friends.
