Perfect location. Allocated very good room (within category booked). Staff superb. Excellent value for money. If I was going to be picky, I would see I would prefer a softer mattress, but otherwise an excellent stay.

Fantastic, few minutes from West End, China Town, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Leicester Square. Definitely great London hotel.

I stayed for one night following a theatre visit. The location could not have been better. Room very comfortable and clean. I had a late lunch on arrival in a first floor restaurant near the bar - lovely light meal and very friendly helpful staff. I was impressed to see one of two ladies on the next table who were having afternoon tea served with a gluten-free tea that looked scrumptious. I didn't have breakfast because I was meeting someone outside, but was offered a voucher for breakfast for £10 on arrival. The hotel would be my first choice in future but only if I could get a good deal as I did this time - normal prices way out of my league!

Room was very nice. Small by American standards. Didn't like the change elevators to get to other bldg. A little overpriced. Bar and lounge small.

Excellent location, especially for the theatres. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very well presented and clean. Will definitely stay here again.
