WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!I booked a double room with ensuite. A double room implies a DOUBLE ROOM!. This was a single room with double bed oh the toilette seat is placed near a wall which is obstructing my left leg..so I had to sit like a 9 month women about to deliver the baby with her legs wide open. The room door had strong reclosers!!the DOOR WILL RECLOSE evry time I tried to take a bag inside door kept on banging on my hand..it nearly hit my 2 months old while we were taking her in!!!..on checkin My wife asked the member of staff to help her with the luggage as she had a 2month baby and I wasn't with her at the time of checking In..the member of staff who wasn't reluctant to help a customer (A LADY CUSTOMER WITH A YOUNG CHILD) with her luggage. Cleanliness was just RUBBISH!! the rubbish on the stairs would never gona leave your shoes till your graves! Very warm in the middle of JULY!!the sound of aircon in the room was like a sound of a BOEING 747 ready to roll on your heads. Lazy staff

Very friendly staff. Great location, just a few m from the bus stop, near Heathrow, near the underground. Very clean, spacious rooms, all the necessary amenities. Would (and will) stay there again!

After I made my reservation I read a couple of the hotel reviews that were available on the internet. They were quite bad, referring to it as the "Hotel from hell." Naturally, I was quite concerned. I was actually quite relieved when we stayed there. It wasn't great, but it was acceptable and convenient. The staff were helpful if not overly friendly. The location was good for connection to Heathrow and the price was only mildly outrageous by UK standards.

The Hotel was clean and cheap but it was a tiny room and the shower was very old and virtually past its use by date! So bad that we didn't use it! The location to Heathrow International was really good and there was a nice pub that did good meals within walking distance.

What a dive! The only thing this place has going for it was that its within a 10 min taxi ride to heathrow and its on the busline. the rooms were clean but dingy and the staff behave like they were running a 5 star establishment rather than a 1-2 star hotel. Even though breakfast is included if you leave before 7am to catch your flight no effort is made to get you anything to eat or drink.

standard old fashioned guest house hotel that is dire need of investment. Convenient and cheap for the airport.

Nice people, nothing luxurious but clean and relatively inexpensive. They were very helpful in getting me a cab to Heathrow at an ungodly hour. I stayed there going and coming through Heathrow. In similar circumstances, I'd use them again.

As we had an early start to the airport i enquired about an early breakfast which would be in the form of cereals/toast etc, only to find that the night porter was not informed and not really bothered we ended up with half a cup of luke warm tea each so left the hotel, not one to be recommended for an early start.

I would not recommend this hotel. It is further away from the airport as indicated. It is a 'seedy' hotel, which although clean enough, is old. The TV broke down after 10 mins and had wiring shown. Although the male receptionist was polite, none of the staff were particularly friendly. Although I have indicate 'average', I consider 'below average' more appropriate.

I asked for a 'wake-up' call as I had to leave for Heathrow Airport at 5.45am. They forgot to wake me and it was only by luck that I got to the airport on time. Hotel room was very small but OK for an overnight stay.
