We chose this hotel for an overnight stay as we were transiting through Singapore on the way back to Australia and didn't want to travel all the way into the city as we had an early flight to catch the next morning. The hotel was clean and had nice modern amenities, the staff were very friendly. Location is Changi village, we didn't get to explore it much as we arrive late at night and departed early morning. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning which was great and saved a taxi fare. Overall a decent hotel for overnight transits, but if you are staying in singapore for longer periods I would recommend staying closer to the city.

Quite a distance from the airport, no hotel/local information in room, very shabby and needs a considerable refurbishment.

Close to the airport, but the shuttle only runs once per hour. When I arrived in Singapore after a very long day traveling I was not willing to wait an hour for the shuttle (as I had just missed one by a minute). The taxi cost 17 Singapore dollars. I was too tired to view the facilites or eat at the restaurants, but my room was clean and comfortable, staff were courteous and professional.

Friendly staff (in their StarTrek uniforms), free shuttle to airport, loads of great local food next door, calm oasis near the beach away from the city. Good value.

I have stayed at the Changi Village before and enjoyed the convenience of the airport shuttle service and proximity to the airport. The shuttle was fine but this time I arrived at the hotel at 2pm which is officially check-in time and the room wasn't ready for another 2 hours. Having just come off a 12 hour flight I found the wait excruciating. I had some food in the Saltwater Cafe whilst waiting and that was a bit overpriced for quite an average salad and juice. The room was comfortable enough except that they had omitted to give me any towels and after ringing housekeeping I was given two bath towels. It wasn't until the next morning just before checking out that the full complement of towels was delivered! Not entirely sure I if I will be staying there again.
