I booked for standard room and it's not much like in the display picture from their website. In my room the air-condition isn't work. I let the staff know and try to fix but the same problem still persist again in the morning. Luckily I stay there for just one night! The best thing is the location. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Next time If I stay there again,I will try another room type

This was one of the worst places we had stayed in the over 4 months of traveling. The standard bungalow was terrible and full of mosquitos, the fan didn't work there was air conditioning which is OK but hard to feel inside the mosquito net, there were lots of crack in the walls and the door hardly shut, the bathroom had alot of opening to the outside which also let in alot of bugs, the TV was very snowy and not many channels, the pool was nice and the beach is OK, the food wasn't good and the prices were high for Thailand. I walked down the beach and found a place next door which was a real backpackers bungalows for much much cheaper and better than the one we were in so we moved and enjoyed our time there and the restaurant. we met many people that were staying or had stayed at the Chang Park and they were also very unhappy with their bungalow. the room and the more deluxe bungalows may have been OK

the resort was just ok. the rooms & facilities were all there but for the price i feel it is in need of a refurbishment, as i saw alot of other hotels, resorts on koh chang in alot better condition for the same price. not that it was realy bad but would stay elsewere next tiime
