Very good value for money hotel. It is also a Conference Centre, so there is always plenty of activity, but crucially, I found it quiet at night, which is what I wanted. It is a few miles out of the city centre, but there are frequent buses a few minutes' walk away, and at least the car could be parked safely and for free. The building was warm and the breakfast excellent. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Recommended.

Very welcoming staff and service brilliant. Breakfast excellent! Only one area to be concerned, the shower water was hot and cold so be careful. Besides, great location to relax. Will book again.

Had problem finding the hotel as it is in the grounds of the University, so could do with improved signage. However, very good hotel and while it did not have a lot of facilities the car parking was excellent and was very convenient for a short trip to the City centre.

Excellent. Staff very nice and efficent. Breakfast excellent. room good and clean. Drawback is that it is well away from city centre.

A very competitively priced hotel which, although not in the centre of Manchester, was very well provided by the local bus services. The room was clean and adequate for my needs, breakfast was tasty and waiting staff were efficient and friendly. Once it has wi-fi access in the bedrooms, it will provide everything a business traveller needs.
