Beautiful Hotel in a nice area with great staff. Would stay there again. Rooms were very clean and the rooftop pool was lovely.

The Chamberlain is a small, boutique hotel tucked away in a residential neighborhood in Westwood. Cab fare to most tourist destinations from this location is quite reasonable. The pool is a bit small and the in-room menu a bit expensive. But, the service is usually friendly and the views from the rootop pool are stunning.

Spent two lovely nights here to finish off a month long trip around the US. Almost wish we didn't have so much to do as would have enjoyed more time in the gorgeous room! Will definitely try to get back there in warmer weather to take advantage of the roof top pool.

CheapTickets had not notified the Chamberlain Hotel of my reservation. I had brought my wife to Los Angeles for major surgery at a local hospiatl the day following our reservation made through CheapTickets. The hotel did not have the reservation from CheapTickets; they were not able to provide us with the type of room we had reserved through this incompetent organization. At a crucial time for us, we experienced considerable embarrassment and inconvenience because of CheapTickets failure to provide its advertised service.
