Older style Motel with older cheaply renovated facilities. Very basic room, bedding, (extremely hard), etc although quite clean and tidy price considered

Reasonable motel but a little expensive. I note that the "last minute booking" price charged was the same as posted at the counter for a regular booking.

Runs out of hot water every morning. No local pay TV.

If only for the fact that this motel was close to our destination for the weekend,I would have been very disappointed and would not have stayed. Service was only just average. The tv had no remote, no clock for the time, no face cloths or tissues, bath mat was stained and or dirty, no coat hangers and the all night party that went on in the next building just topped it off.
