In a great position as close to station and within walking distance of Santa Maria delle Grazie for the Last Supper. Very comfortable room and an excellent breakfast, particularly the croissants and cake! A lot of building around the area at present so a bit dusty and noisy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly go back there, particularly when construction is finished.

Easy to get to from the City's mainstation. About a 20 min walk.

Great Location, walking distance to everything, english bar next door, Free WI FI and comp access in certain areas, really friendly staff all english speaking.. however.. small rooms, looks very dated and we travelled with a toddler.. no chairs or cots.

i cant really fault my experience at this hotel.. staff were friendly and always ready to answer any questions we had to ask. our room was quiet, clean & although a little on the small side, it was comfortable too. we walked & also used the metro to travel to duomo and other areas of the city. its a fantastic place to wander thru so the 10min walk to duomo wasnt a problem. the metro was easy to use and fairly cheap. there is an 'english' pub next door but one to the hotel cervo called the friends. the only thing thats english are the draft pumps on the bar & its a great place to soak up some atmosphere. friendly staff & a free buffet around 4-5pm if youre drinking in there. we only went down for breakfast once & to be honest i wasnt very impressed at the choice. we were however quite late into service and maybe that had something to do with it. i would defo use this hotel again and would recommend it to strangers and friends alike.
