Great hotel. If you are into walking, this has a great location. Staff are very courteous and can very well converse in English. Room is very spacious and clean. A very good find!

Hotel charges so much and yet don't provide tea/coffee as well as tissue papers in the room. Staff and unhelpful and even simple questions on tax refunds cannot be answered by the duty manager. Inflexibility of check in and out time, where it is a given at other cheaper hotels.

This hotel almost qualifies as a 5star hotel. Entry points are a little odd, and it is in a busy shopping district. Free all day coffee in the lobby and free all day internet were nice touches. The staff is exceptional for Thailand. The decor luxurious. You are not likely to be disappointed by this accomodation.
