The location is great but that's when the praises stop. No free wifi, you can get that for £5/hr. no air conditioning, just heat 24/7 so if you want to cool your room down it means opening the windows which means street noise. Towels changed each day but old ones still hanging on the door 3 days later. We had a late flight out of Heathrow and asked if we could leave our bags and pick them up at 5pm. No probs, just £5 a bag! Will not stay again.

It was not too bad. Location was good for us, near tube station and access to halal food. Despite requesting for double bed, we were given twin beds instead. The room was pretty small but I guess suitable for the price we paid. Reception counter could have been more helpful in providing directions to places in London rather than speaking sarcastically and not having eye contact. Overall, not a bad experience

Arrived early and found I could go straight to my room. Single room small but clean, with TV (not many decent channels) and a nice size bathroom. Room a bit noisey on the Ground floor at the front of the hotel but only occationally. Location excellent close to the bus and tube station (Queensway) and Taxi rank outside the door. Harrods quite close across Hyde Park. Did not have breakfast but the bar was ok. Value for money - perfect if in London for a day or two.

very good location, clean hotel with helpfull polite staff and one of the comfiest hotel beds i have ever slept in! the rooms are adequate in size, the only slight downside was the tv didnt work very well, the picture kept breaking up on all but a couple of channels. i would stay here again and would reccommend this hotel.
