The picture shown on the Orbitz site is misleading. This hotel is not suitable for business travelers working in-and-around La Defense, it is not appropriate for holiday travelers visiting Paris, and is not as close to the Metro as the advert would suggest. The room was dirty, small, and noisy (next to the rail line but not the station). Just stay away if you want to enjoy your Paris visit!

Great place to stay as long as you are aware that it is zone 3 from paris, love la defence and the big cube.

The hotel is a bit far off from the center, but it is easy to get around as the closest metro, La Defense, is one of the biggest metro stations in Paris... It is quite a walk from the station, especially when you're coming back at night, but you can take another train called the Transilien (also can be caught at La Defense) and it takes you right where the hotel is... The pictures from the website can be deceiving, but it was an overall pleasant stay especially for those with a budget... Definitely not for the older folks though!

Service is inconsistent from one person to the next but we ended up being very satisfied with the hotel because of the one young employee who was very resourceful. The hotel can be difficult to find walking as we were from La Defense metro or RER train. It is just a short distance though and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The washrooms are immaculate and double windows soundproof, quite a bonus in a big city with lots of traffic and trains closeby. Do your research ahead because the staff may not be able to direct you. Beds were good, the bedroom was not spacious but comfortable enough for travellers who are spending the day visiting. Nice sunny reception area with internet and continental breakfast. Extremely good value for the price.

This is in a central location (la defense) 10 min drive by car to City attractions. Parking space in protected area if u have a car. Quality of Hotel rooms were average, but given we paid £50 per night.

It is value for money.Very close to the station Courbevoie.Opposite the hotel 1min.It is the line ending to Gare St Lazare..12 min walking to the station La Defence Grande Arch. You can take both depended on the location you are trying to reach. The linen not very clean. Some stamps on it.Needs immediate cleaning and replacement. The bathroom excellent-almost new and clean!

Hotel was very central - a short walk to La Defense Centre and Metro Railway, my room was kept clean I was allowed into my room at 8am as I arrived early and not 12 noon which is normal. For the price I thought it was excellent and will stay there again. Rob B.

I guess you can't complain for the price you pay - but it wasnt as i had expected from the pictures. location wise its a bit of a nightmare, really hard to find initially, and then really far away from any areas of interest. Be aware it is a 20 minute walk from the Metro. However, it really does reflect the price you pay and I shouldnt have really expected any more, it was clean and the service was friendly, but I definitely would try and spend a bit more cash on my next trip and stay somewhere nearer and nicer.

The hotel is located about 10 min by foot from Arche de la Defense. The neighbourhood is nice and all in all I can say that the hotel is worth visiting again.

Do not pre-order taxis for journey back to airport from reception. They use only 1 company, there were 5 of us and we had to book 2 taxis costing a total of €132, nearly double what it cost from the airport to the hotel.
