Very hot. No cooling. Airconditioner did not work despite requests to fix

I chose this hotel based on previous reviewer comments that there is live English Premier League Football on TV and also free Internet in the rooms. However, it wasn't so. Disappointed, especially about the lack of EPL. Internet was 80RMB per 24hrs usage.

Well positioned near the central shopping area of Shanghai. All the hotels we stayed in in China had hard beds this hotel was one of the better ones. The airconditioning is very good and it needs to be in August.

This Hotel is very well located with thousands of shops close by along with two metro stations. The room is more spacious than expected and breakfast is good. Concierge tends to be "shy" and could be more proactive. For soccer fans - this is one of the few hotels in Shanghai that can offer live English Premier League on its TV (ESPN and Star+) channels!
