Central Hotel Innsbruck Guest Reviews
A very good hotel about ten minutes from the main railway station and at the edge of the old town. Very good service and facilities with a very quality breakfast supplied. Well worth using if you want a good hotel in a good location.

On the whole Hotel Central is good but the bathroom was not perfect, Hotel needs renovation. Reception was helpful and friendly. Good location of parking for clients with cars (directly in the hotel underground). But we knew about it only on arrival, by phone we were told that we need to reserve the city parking and were not advised the hotel parking. It would be better to inform clients about hotel's parking before their arrival and offer booking of this parking. But after all the reception provided us with hotel's parking for all our stay. Good breakfast. Good location, not far from tourist areas with many good not expensive restaurants,good facilities for keeping skiing equipment in the hotel.

Excellent location - central city and 1 min walk to everything. Lovely hotel - excellent front desk staff but breakfast staff provided little or no service. Spacious hotel room with lovely decor and no street noise. Good breakfast selection although toaster broken and no replacement - would expect more from 4 star hotel. Would recommend and would stay there again.

The room we got was clearly not worth the 4*-rating which the hotel proclaims to have. It seemed rather 3*. However, the price (90 euros the doubleroom per night) was quite good for a hotel so close to the city center.
