The room on the ground floor was big and very peaceful. The bed was good enough. The TV screen was almost of miniature size, no remote control. The "bathroom"´, i.e. toilet and shower was no good. After shower the whole bathroom was wet and no equipment to dry the floor! That was lousy! Also the door to the bathroom was almost falling in pieces. No hair dryer though promised in the facilities. Big plus was the lovely back yard and garden into which there was a door/window from the room! The area of the hotel did not seem to be so dangerous as we were warned in beforehand. Breakfast modest.

The hotel reception is open 24/7 which is great. The breakfast is very good: you can make toasts, there is cheese, ham, yoghurt, cornflakes, coffee, tea and milk. Good start of an intensive day! Room and shower were very small, not extremely tidy but not dirty neither. Just ok to sleep in and spend the whole day away in the city. We got the room which looked out on a very noisy street- couldn't sleep much. Location is 10 min walking from Metro Manzoni and 15-20 min from Termini. Small restaurants just around the corner.

The room was tiny the only good thing was there was a balacony (but by the time you got home it was raining)..Location is terribly right across from the station but way down the other end (I think this is the bad end of town)..The breakfast was OK the lady there was lovely the people on reception not exactly helpful.

#Short:# You get what you expect - cheap hotel, but still very nice with good breakfast. #Long:# Everyday cleaning a room – new soap, swimming cap (lol?:) ), towels etc. Internet is on breakfast place and wi-fi could be catch in room with balcony -> 1st floor. Internet was free but own laptop needed. Breakfast was cool - honey, marmalade, cheese, salamis, cornflakes, coffee, tea, milk… Lunch/Dinner: There is nice restaurant like 5 minutes from hotel (from hotel left, on 2nd left and don’t take the first on a corner). Pizza Margarita 5.50euro (august 2008), Mixed ice-cream 4.00euro. Coke in can was 2.50euro (same price in almost every restaurant). ##Watch out:## Hotel looks to be close to Termini BUT if you are tired after whole-day walking… It’s pretty far :)

This hotel is very good for tourist in Roma. It is near the termini railway station, walk to there about 10min. The desk clerk is very friendly. But the air-condition is not the individual.
