Centara Karon Resort is located on the west coast of Phuket Island and is 9.5 miles away from Phuket town. It is just a 3-minute walk from the beach and a 45-minute drive from the international airport. We experienced a few problems in room 2115. Hot water in room kept cutting out, toliet had bad smell and had to be unblocked. Pillows were too hard. Balcony door broken and rusty latch. Staff were very friendly and helpfyul. We enjoyed the cooking class very much.

This is really one of the best hotels in the area. Great pools (3!!), excellent service, nice and clean rooms! Its not at the beach, but... its only a 3 minut walk! Would recommend to everybody!

If you like to stay with people on chatertrip you should stay here. If not find something else. The breakfast was below average. This is only a big tourist machine and very impersonal.

It was a pleasure to stay at this resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Whilst parts of this resort are still under construction, it is essentially finished with excellent facilities. It is located in Karon, a short drive from Patong. This is one place that we would definately consider staying at again.
