Located on Looc Maribags in Lapu Lapu City, Cebu White Sands At Maribago Beach Resort is just 15 minutes drive from Mactan Cebu International Airport and a 40 minutes drive. It is also convenient for guests to enjoy several nearby aqua sports activities including jet skiing, paddle boating, snorkelling, fishing and scuba diving.

Restaurant
The resort's main restaurant, Patio Gavino, is located at the poolside and serves a variety of Asian and Western dishes. Serving a great choice of delicious dishes as well as fine drinks, the inhouse Buena Vista Restaurant at the beachfront includes a sports bar, complete with a pool table, dartboards and chess tables making it a ideal spot for hanging out with friends and loved ones.

The hotel was great to look at. We where there right after christmas, so there were christmas lights all over the place. The hotel had a lot of green areas on which our children can play, but we stayed for less than 24 hours. We checked out the day after cause there weren''t activities enough to keep us occupied in-door, cause the weather was bad.<br><br> We asked if we could get our bill reduced cause we weren''t interested in staying for 5 nights anyways. They told us to pay full accomodation cause we have booked for those nights. I was hoping that they weren''t that greedy and also they could be more understanding about 4 young people with 2 children who wanted to have fun at the beach with sun but instead got a lousy beach and no in-door activities. At least they could be kind enough to say, what the hey it''s christmas and they are not staying for longer than 1 night. That was for me a very bad service.

Small hotel but with very good ambience. It is like my own property. Staff is kind and restaurant is good, too.

A decent, but not great, hotel for the price. As others have noted, the restaurant''s offerings are very limited, especially for those who are vegetarian or not fond of Filipino food. However, the food quality was good. We had two rooms, both had ants and in mine the closet door went off the rails the first time I opened it and a knob to a cabinet fell off the first time I opened that. There was loud music coming from somewhere until 3 a.m. The noise level wasn''t too bad in my room but I imagine others weren''t as fortunate. The beach is just large enough to qualify this as a beach resort, but too small for much else. The pool was clean, well-designed, and not too crowded. The hotel hosted at least 3 business groups over the weekend, which added to the noise during the day. However, the meeting guests did not use the pool or restaurant.
