Great position in Burke st Mall laneway, doesn't get much better location. Our room was small with a leaky Air-conditioner that we had to put towels under to try to prevent carpet getting soaked. The bathroom was tiny with a very small shower (no bath either). A large person would struggle in the shower for space. The King bed was good but was 2 beds pushed together. The rooms in the Hotel could not access Channel 7 hence we sadly missed coverage of the Australian Open Tennis. The hotel tried to fix it but failed, a lot of other people were complaining with no success. The included breakfast on level 2 was ok but very limited and basic, and was exactly the same every day.

Well located, comfortable hotel in great location. Handy to shops, cafes and attractions. Short tram ride to Melbourne Park Tennis Centre, MCG & Ethiad Stadium or all within half hour walk. Continental breakfast good & included in price of room.

Great experience, the motel is in an excellent location right in the middle of town. Great for shopping and tram at doorstep. Room was clean and tidy and decor nice. Yummy breakfast included in price. Overall fantastic and would definitely stay again.

Stayed 6 nights in November. Staff consistently helpful. Bedding is clean but basic in that pillows are almost flat. the edges of the rooms could be vacuumed. We have stayed before and consistent on each visit. The location is great! Thanks. Value for money with breakfast as part of the deal.

Had everything you would want for a comfortable trip,great central location in the mall, friendly staff, plentiful breakfast and very good value for money. If you have a wife that shops like mine, you WILL need a bigger room!! Can be a bit small, if that's the only criticism. Oh most importantly - the shower is GREAT!!!! I pretty much base my hotel experience on a shower quality! :)
