The only suggestion i would have is that maybe the staff could have a better knowledge of english especially the reception staff. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay

Excellent value for money,really enjoyed the food.Location-bus around the corner,beach-10 minutes away.Did not stay around the hotel as on a walking holiday so cannot comment on other facilities offered.

I frequently travel to Tenerife on business and pleasure and I always check the Oro Negro for availability first. I really enjoy the facilities and the fact that the staff have this ability to remember you from previous visits which means a lot. I also enoy the location and the ease in which you can park your car without driving round for hours looking for a parking space.
