hotel wahr sehr gut zimmer sher schön matraze hart und aus geliegen in 3 nächte wurde zimmer nicht geputzt und hand und badtuch nicht gewächselt personal nett und freundlich

Rooms was not available on arrival @7:30PM. They first recommended other hotels, but could not locate a connecting room. Then after one and half hour wait, they acted as if someone just checked out of a suite and offered us the suite. The suite was very good, but the upper room AC was not working and we all had to sleep on one queen Bed, 2 adults and 2 kids 6 years old. The AC was reported, but they had no engineer at that time to fix it. Next day, we went out and it was assumed the AC will be fixed, but this never happend as the room was still boiling hot. It was reported again and an engineer came but could not fix it. Then we were offered another room with a connecting hall, this was fine, but two days of our vacation went wasted. I have been travelling more than 30 years and this has been my worst experience ever.

Ok and clean rooms but not worth €200 per night. You get a feeling that the whole hotel is in need of some renovation. Nice location, at the Plaza Espanya.

The hotel is not bad, but its not in the downtown. (approx 30 minutes walk from there). I dont really understand what is the 4 stars for. I would rank it as a 3 stars hotel.
