Great value. I was looking for cheap and chearful. I got that and so much more. This is the masonic club turned hotel . The building is 1920's, a beautiful period building. This is not a 5 star hotel, but nor is the price. Good friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast. Five minutes walk to all the major shopping, 10mins to circular quay and the art gallery. On t a major travel website they mentioned very small rooms, i took a queen room and it was fine ,even had a window that opened. I'd definitely stay again

I've stayed there for 5 days, and it was very comfortable. The room is a bit old and no good view from the window, but the staff are all nice. Water for the toilet requires improvement, but except that, i don't mind staying there again.

Very accommodating on arrival, through out stay and leaving. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to please. Thank you for an easy stay.

It is ridiculous that the hotel claims itself as a 4-star hotel. Rooms are tiny, dungeon style and very uncomfortable. Reception staff were smiley but not very helpful. I spend four days in this hotel and the Internet just perfectly collapsed in these four days! Four star? If you say so, please provide the equally standard service. Never choose this hotel again and warned all my friends already.
