Location
Located on Waikiki Beach, the Castle condos are just 14 kilometres and 20 minutes from the Honolulu International Airport. Castle Shore is less than a kilometre from the famous Kalakaua Avenue that offers many dining, shopping and nightlife options.
Rooms
The Waikiki Shore Resort Condos offers air conditioning, in-room washer and dryer, Internet access, an iPod docking station, a kitchenette or a full kitchen, and a private lanai. Often guests get to take it out and bring it back to their condo.
Restaurant

Walked along the beach in the early morning. I also liked it that it was not next to another hotel on the one side. The Army Museum is on that side. Convenient stores etc. in the back of hotel up to the beach. Next to Outrigger Surf for good dining and breakfast. As they say, this hotel has no amenities.

Excellent value for money. Apartment complex is right on the beach at Waikiki. Had views of Diamond Head and beaches from the front door and the beaches from the balcony. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. There is a local bus stop right next to the apartment complex. It was also a very secure motel which required a swipe device to enter the guest only area and to operate the lift. Although the decor was a bit "eightish" it was well presented and clean.

The condo was very spacious and extremely clean. It was excellently located, right on the beach at Waikiki. No pool facilities although you could use the pool right next door at the Outrigger Waikiki Hotel, which I believe is affiliated with the condo complex. We stayed on the 5th floor oceanview room and had a great view of both the water and the other hotels which was a wonderful view in the evening. They had a great big porch overlooking the side. Anything over the third floor has a view because it's located right next to a Museum with a low rise building so most units over the third floor have a view. Overall, had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
