very happy with our stay at this guest house. The manager, Pearl, speaks very good English and cannot do enough to help you with the stay, getting around and making sure you don't get ripped off. Not a 5 star resort, but a personalised service in a small boutique guest house more than makes up for that

We stayed for about a week at the Castle. The hotel was very clean, well kept and modern. It was in a great location just outside the old town and within walking distance to the markets, restaurants and attractions. Pearl and her team were very helpful and the breakfast provided each morning was delicious. The rates were very affordable. We would stay there again on any visit to Chiang Mei, it was a little oasis.
