Room was small but cosy. Internet was not free but reasonable. Great location to visit the heart of Manhattan.

From the moment we pulled up from the airport, we had a great experience with the hotel. From the bellhop and doorman helping us with our bags into the lobby to the front desk staff checking us in and offering us a free upgrade. Everyone was so friendly and warm, they made you feel very comfortable. Each and every staff member had a friendly and inviting smile on their face. The rooms where little on the small side but roomy enough for our needs. The room had everything we wanted/needed from the in room features (big screen TV, ipod docking station/clock/radio, etc.) to the bath amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable – I don’t think they wanted you to leave  The hotel is centrally located just a few blocks from Times Square. Easy access to most NYC sites as well as public transportation if needed. There are tons of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, etc. within seconds of the hotel if required. We were very happy and satisfied with our stay. There is nothing worse than walking around all day site seeing and coming back to a bad hotel. Luckily we had just the opposite.

The hotel is steps away from Times Square and other attractions. The rooms are small, but very cosy and comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to help you with everything from restaurant recommendations to directions. I'd say the only drawback was that they don't have free computer access for guests. The business lounge costs $15/5 min. Other hotels we've been to (e.g., Mayfair) have a couple of computers in the lounge for guests to check email and look up attractions. Something like this would definitely make the hotel even more tourist-friendly. In any case, we'll be back!

WE WERE CELEBRATING MY FIANCE'S BIRTHDAY AND WENT OUT TO DINNER IN THE THEATER DISTRICT AND OUT FOR DRINKS IN THE LOWER EAST SIDE. THE ROOMS ARE VERY MODERN, THE BED COMFORTABLE, AND THE SHOWER HEAVENLY. THE LOCATION CAN'T BE BEAT- YOU CAN STAY MIDTOWN FOR A SHOW OR EASILY HEAD UPTOWN OR DOWNTOWN. I WISH THEY HAD BREAKFAST INCLUDED FOR LAZY PEOPLE LIKE ME, BUT LUCKILY STARBUCKS IN RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. WE BOOKED A ROOM WITH ONLY A FULL SIZE BED BUT WERE ABLE TO UPGRADE FREE WHEN WE CHECKED IN.

I travel to NYC at least once annually and stay at different hotels, always looking for room quality and location. This property is very well located just one block from Times Square and the value for the price was really worth it. Very clean and beautiful (modern-decorated) rooms, confortable and ultra clean bathroom (nice glass shower walls), but the real surprise was the superb service and care of the staff. Wow! Definitely a keeper for my upcomming trips.

Not only was the hotel in a great location but considering that it is so close to Times Square, it was not noisy at all! I was able to enjoy the area all day and come back and be fully relaxed at night. The beds are amazing!! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to NY

Hotel is located a block and a half off Time Square and is within walking distance to Grand Central Station, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building etc. The rooms are small but you need to expect that in Manhattan. Hotel was clean, staff was terrific and I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Great place close to Times Square. Didn't check out the restuarant or lougue. Basically just slept in the room.

I enjoyed my stay at Cassa Hotel and Residences and would recommend it to anyone who fancy staying at a brand new establishment in the middle of everything that's happening in NYC.

Nicely appointed rooms and a very good fitness center. Close to everything in Times Square/Theater district. Very good value. Thankfully there was less street noise at this hotel than at the one I had stayed at previously (2 blocks away). Rooms were quiet. I would have liked the option of a small fridge to keep water in, and easier access to an ice machine (ice was available to be brought up to the room on request), but all in all a very nice experience. I did not try the restaurant so I cannot comment on the food. There are so many excellent restaurants in the area that I didn't bother to eat in the hotel. Great shopping just a few minutes walk away.
