We stayed in Casaville for two nights. During our stay, our beddings, towels and the room was not cleaned/replaced. We did not put a "do not disturb" sign so they should have fixed the room. The room was relatively clean. Although really small., they made use of the room well. Very near Coex mall and convention center and subway.

Despite of tiny room and bathroom, it is quite worthwhile for the price and good location so close to COEX.

Taxis can't find the hotel with the address so better to have a mobile phone to contact the hotel with the taxi driver. Apart from that, the location is really correct. The hotel is 5 min away (by feet) from the samseung subway station close to the COEX center on line 2 which is itself 30-40 minutes from downtown. There s someone at the hotel 24h a day that can help you. Good quality/price hotel!

It looks like space is a premium. Good use of space saving furniture, but one still feels a bit more elbow room is appreciated. Breakfast is ok.
