Wonderful friendly hotel right in the heart of New York. Rick's Cafe was just like a lounge in your own home for chatting with other guests. Able to walk back alone from Broadway shows with no problems.

This hotel is only a few metres from Times Square, so is ideal for theatre goers. The room was a bit small and dark, but this was offset by having access to the lounge on the first floor where free wine and cheeses were available every day from 5.00 to 8.00 p.m., together with tea, coffee and biscuits around the clock.

Stayed 3 nights in May. Very homey feel about the hotel, a lovely place to come back to after the hustle and bustle of New York. Position doesn't get any better, most tourist attractions within walking distance including Broadway shows. Lovely atmosphere in first floor cafe where complimentary tea, coffee and snacks available 24 hrs and usually other travellers there to chat to.

Great location, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
