The hotel is not convenience location, casino in the hotel is old and cigarette smell. the staff is helping. I will not plan to stay there, if I come back to Macao.

Rooms had complete amenities, although it is obviously an old hotel, beds were comfortable, the place was quiet. Downside, our room wasn't on the city side so no views. Staff were courteous and helpful specially the Filipino staff. It was quite expensive though.

Only stayed one night but the room was very good,Very clean. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is close to Macau ferry terminal which is good but if you want the new casino area of Vanetion and Galaxy etc it is either a 30 min shuttle bus ride or taxi ride. Bus tour of Macau organsised through hotel was good value.

The triple room is very spacious. Hotel is well located to the HKG ferry terminal (although they do provide shuttle bus services as well to ZhuHai border). The downside is non-smoking rooms are hard to come by; and location to place of interests is somewhat remote.

I have stayed in this hotel twice on my social visit to Macau. It is a clean and comfortable hotel, although it does not look 'grand' on the outside. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful except the check-in counter staff who are stiff and cold-faced. The location of the hotel is ideal and free transport is provided to Hong Kong habour, China border to go to Zhu Hai and visit to other large hotels nearby. I will book into the same hotel in my next visit.
