The girl on reception gave us a good welcome and was always very helpful. The only weird aspect was the restaurant - the girl on breakfast just stood and watched us but never offered any help or instructions. I wanted a soft drink with my meal in the evening and had to buy a 1.5 litre bottle! They did let us use a computer down in the basement for free which was good for email and internet.

Hotel itself was ok. Basic rooms but clean. The area that the hotel was in was close to the historic centre of Palermo, but you wouldn't feel safe walking around the area at night.

A bit hard to find; away from the central 'fancy' part of town. However, the room was nice and the service was excellent. Good value if you don't mind walking.

All the staff were plesent, however the rooms were very bare and slightly over priced for what recieved . Cleanliness was good and no other problems were found.
