The front desk staff speak very good English. Unfortunately they do not have maps of the city for guests. But the central location is easy to maneuver. Complimentary parking is a plus, and they have a reserved space in front of the hotel to unload luggage! Breakfast is very good, rooms are comfortable and quaintly appointed. Small and intimate hotel. Free internet access & WiFi makes it easy to communicate with family at home. Morelia is a real gem ! We totally enjoyed this hotel.
