Location
Hotel is in the heart of the City in a quiet, safe residential area called La Roma on the Plaza Luis Cabrera. The Mexico City International Airport is 3.6 km and the Benito Juarez International Airport is 9.2 km from the hotel.

This hotel has inviting staff, a nice, quite but beautiful location, and was very comfortable!

This hotel is OK for the price the beds and pillows are hard. Construction was going on in the remodeling of the restaurant, lots of pownding going on starting at around 9:00 AM till about 5:00 PM

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa de la Condesa. However, they have a sister hotel Condesa Reforma, and taxi drivers and car services get confused, so have the address and keep saying Plaza Luis Cabrera. Hotel is located across the street from University of London, Mexico City. While at the hotel, a TV commercial was being filmed. Friendly staff, too. I had BIG problems with other ORBITZ services booked at the same time, however.

The hotel was good. The staff was helpful. The location was within walking distance to some really good food. We would stay again. My only complaints I was told free airport shuttle ended up 150mxn but was worth it. My biggest gripe was the bed and pillows HARD as ROCKS my wife and I both got headaches from the pillows the bed was expected a little hard but not a box spring on a frame. They only serve breakfast but no worries great food down the block to the right paris cafe. Change out beds and this would be a great hotel. I would and plan a trip back.
