This hotel pays close attention to detail. The staff, especially the receptionist on duty thoughout my 6 night stay ,always greeted me with a smile and was always eager to help me. The pool looked welcoming, but it was lousy weather when I visited in November. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a little variety each day. The restaurant menu wasn't very large, but geat food. I will stay here again if I stay in San Jose again.

The hotel was good for extended stay. Not within walking distance of city though. many amenities although wifi to rooms was spotty. Staff very friendly and helpful, food was good.

Good price for a two room suite but lots of mold in bathroom. Restaurant and breakfast were great. Overall a good place to stay for a short time.

Everyone was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my needs, always with a smile on their face. The place was beautiful, the food awesome (remember, breakfast is included in the price!). This Hotel is located very close to everything and to my convenience, very close to where all my relatives live. I highly recommend it and I am planning on staying there in the future!

I was delited with the room size, cleanliness and friendliness. The locations is a bit far but on the other hand is quite and pleasant to sleept. Quick service and repairs. I would consider staying again in my next visit. Nice indeed. Thanks
