Casa Andina Private Collection Hotel Puno Guest Reviews
The service was excellent and very friendly and the location is stunning. However, we were unhappy regarding the charges for bottled water in the room. It turns out that the water left by the automatic tea/coffee maker was Evian and at checkout we realized that the cost was about $6 per bottle...we should have read the small print, but its a little below the standards of this quality hotel to "trap" customers with this kind of scam...bad enough that bottled water to brush teeth etc. costs $1.50 to $2.00 per bottle!
