it is a nice hotel at a very nice location centraly and in a walking distance from Duomo! But watch out....dont dare asking for a changing to a higer category room or instead of booked and payed by this site-many months ago... a twin room for sole use to share this by a 2nd person .....In such a case the hotel is asking to be payed the face on desk price pretending that "you have payed the agency for other category room and now as you dont use the one payed ....even the booked and payed is the same room and the only amendment is that guest is not 1 pax but 2 ..." Notice that breakfast it was not included...so that the only difference was the use of maybe one towel more!!! the same happened when asked to pay a difference for a superior room instead of the payed standard....they asked to pay almost the front desk price.... So that BOOK THIS HOTEL BUT DONT ASK FOR ANY AMENDEMENT >>>for not to be obliged to pay 2 times the room.....

The room was great, the included breakfast was superb and the location could not be better. Easy access to transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Milan

We booked a superior room for 1 night, it was supposed to have a jacuzzi bath and terrace, we arrived and the staff were very helpful and friendly, got to our room which had a tiny balcony and no bath, we queried this with reception and were told that this was a superior room. I still don't think it was. The hotel was clean but a bit dated. The location was brilliant, 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and all the designer shops. We had a car with us and they let us leave it with them for the second day while we finished sightseeing for no extra charge. The staff were helpful. I would probably stay here again, for the location.
