Although the motel was in a great location our room which was for 3 people was only made up for two people which was a little inconvient to have to go to the office to inform them - the carpet was not clean and we found a cockroach in the bathroom

Probably the most comfortable motel we have stayed at. The owners were very friendly, the rooms large, the surrounds pleasant and a short walk into the town centre. The big tv picks up all of the digital channels and there is free wifi internet. We would definitely return if staying in the area.

While the room was nice and tidy with a large TV, the plumbing wasn't working during our stay so the toilet filled up upon flushing and the room flooded. Reception gave us a key to another room so we could use that toilet, which was appreciated. The toilet in the second room was marginally better functioning. Unfortunately, the next morning our 4 breakfasts were delivered to an entirely different room (so we only received 2 default bacon and poached eggs breakfasts, which none of us had ordered). Reception gave us coupons for free coffee at the Beechworth Bakery but that didn't really replace the hot breakfast we had ordered!

rate quoted/accepted was via [website] - and represented very good value for money room was clean, linen crisp and clean and bed firm and comfortable - t.v. coverage could be a bit more comprehensive not sure what the usual rate would be, but at a similar rate would have no hesitation in staying there again

Very pleasant stay. Close to the centre of the shopping area and central to everything. Staff were helpful and friendly at all times.
