This B & B needs a little updating but it was still quite nice for the price. Location in Carmeld requires a car to get down to the village and especially the beach unless you are up for a lengthy walk. Definitely get a court yard room to cut down on street noise. Very good continental breakfeast. Front desk very helpful.

Nothing special about the room, much like a budget motel. The sink in the bathroon stopped up and they had to unstop it. The breakfast was not very special for a Bed and Breakfast. Staff was helpful with info about dining.

We stayed there for one night. It is actually a charming inn and the breakfast was great (English muffins, bagels, fresh fruits, boiled eggs, and 3 types of cereals). The front desk staff was friendly, also. It was a bit away from the village though, so it takes a bit of a walk. There is no street lights at night, so you really have to be careful driving at night as the streets can be narrow and confusing. The walls are thin as mentioned by other reviewers, and you can hear every step people take outside of you room.

We visited the beach which was within walking distance. Great Food and wonderful people. Fine wine has it all if you want romance.

Spent day visiting beautiful shops and the beach area. The people were very freindly and the gift shops were just beautiful. The restaurants were pretty good too. The B&B grounds are kept immaculate and the rooms are very nice. I only suggest that you keep the heat off, unless it's very cold because with the heat, the room was a bit too uncomfortable until I turned off the heat. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
