Carlton Tower Hotel Kuwait Guest Reviews
The hotel overlooks a building site and should be included in the redevelopment of the area. The lobby is tatty and the rooms worse. Whilst the whole region seems to still be hungover from Saddam''s attentions, I can only assume that it is a lack of hotel rooms in the town that allows it to get away with these prices. Basil and Manuel have left Torquay working the front desk. The highlight of the place seemed to be the party that the Indian staff of Kuwait Airlines who were staying there were holding over three floors of the building.
